Paul Seaton

Founder & CFO

Paul is AgencyFi's Founder and CFO, leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning for agency clients. He spent more than six years at Deloitte advising Fortune 500 companies and has worked with agencies for nine years. Outside of running AgencyFi, Paul enjoys playing and coaching basketball, competing in Hyrox races, and spending time with his wife and 4 kids.

Jacquelyn Natali

Director of Accounting

Jacquelyn is AgencyFi's Director of Accounting, leading the team that closes the books and delivers reporting for every client. She started in assurance at EY, then ran accounting and reporting at Radeus Labs before joining Illumina. Jacquelyn lives in Fort Worth, TX with her husband. When she's not closing the books, you'll find her on a bike ride, at a live music show downtown or watching The Great British Bake Off.

Heather Wilson

Controller

Heather is a Controller at AgencyFi, owning the close and reporting for a portfolio of agency clients. She's a seasoned fractional controller whose experience spans tech startups, wineries and law firms. Heather lives in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina with her husband. When she's not building a new AI bot to help her with her work, Heather loves to host tea parties, including the monthly pop-up tea events she runs in Durham!

Sarah Daugherty

Controller

Sarah is a Controller at AgencyFi, keeping agency books clean and every close on schedule. She led finance and operations at Ahalogy, onboarded 25 companies at Upsourced Accounting and forecasted project revenue at Organic. Sarah lives in the Netherlands with her partner, Robin. When she's not reconciling accounts, she's probably planning her next adventure, since apart from one home she's never lived anywhere longer than three years!

Diane Jose, CPA

Staff Accountant

Diane is a Staff Accountant at AgencyFi, handling bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end close for agency clients. She's a CPA and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor who has spent her career serving U.S.-based clients, earning a promotion to lead associate along the way. Diane lives in Mabalacat, Philippines. Outside of work, Diane loves to find unique restaurants with her siblings!

Brandi Chitwood, CPA

Staff Accountant

Brandi is a Staff Accountant at AgencyFi, keeping client books clean and bills paid on time. She's a CPA who started in audit at PwC and KPMG and rose to Audit Manager at LBMC. Brandi lives in Nashville, TN with her husband, Conley, and their three daughters. When she's not squaring away client books, Brandi loves to run!
